Speedprint SP710avi in booth #1C40 at the upcoming NEPCON China exhibition and conference, scheduled to take place April 23-25, 2013 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Convention Center in Shanghai.
Europlacerrsquo;s advanced technologies and products will be on display in the companys newly designed ii-Feed booth. Designed for maximum impact for the visitor, it will feature a clean layout, 360 viewing and a high level of user friendliness. Additionally, the booth will be staffed with Europlacer Shanghais knowledgeable experts.
The ii-Feed Cart has a capacity up to 33 separate component channels and accepts any mix of 8, 12, 16 or 24 mm smart ii-Feed elements. The cart boasts many features such as a component range that begins at 01005; however, it remains fully compatible with previous Europlacer machine generations. Both the previous and updated generations of Europlacer tape trolleys can be used on the same machine. It can be operated in three different modes like the older trolley generation, (wired/wireless micro terminal, programming ii-elements separately offline, and with or without Stock Management options), making it the most flexible cart in the industry. ii-Feed elements can be placed at any trolley location, without stopping production, and because of the Europlacer turret head design, random positioning does not affect throughput. The correct loading plan is guaranteed.
Also on display will be Europlacers flagship iineo platform. The iineo platform features many enhancements to the Europlacer machine range such as a higher feeder count, increased board size and increased maximum component height. The platform uses the companys proven core features, including turret head, intelligent feeders, powerful software while introducing technologies such as linear motors and digital cameras. Additionally, the iineo is widely configurable, allowing for numerous different possibilities: Single or dual linear motor gantry including a rotary turret head with eight or 12 pickups; one or two board positioning mechanisms; oversized board options; and huge feeder capacity to front and rear, or front only.
The Speedprint SP700avi features low ownership costs, simplicity, ease of maintenance and overall value. The advanced screen printer combines Speedprints commitment to high performance and reliability with all the necessary features for processing high-technology substrates as standard equipment. The system was designed to cope with the rigors of high-volume SMT production while incorporating the flexibility needed in high-mix, quick product setup and changeover environments. The SP700avi becomes the SP710avi when it is equipped with the Automatic Dispense unit (ADu).The Dual Syringe, Automatic Dispense unit (ADu) allows users to eliminate additional capital outlay by integrating this functionally into the printer.
